Deep extubation is a multimodal type of technique that you're going to use great all right dosing is a big thing we've touched on this but we really unlike adults in kids we use weight-based dosing. as post-op nauseous the environment yes and tiva because of the propofol being a little less risk for post-op and it also again just like adults it depends on the type of surgery if you're doing any neuro monitoring for spines etc etc so one thing to note is we do in piece a lot more deep extubations than a week but you can achieve stage three anesthesia with any anesthetic.
