Why You Shouldn't Eat Too Many Carbs Per Day

If you eat too many carbs, let's just talk about that first, you will gain fat. And over eating carbs can contribute to fat storage in another way too. As your body burns more and more carbs for energy, it will burn proportionately less of the fat you eat. Most studies show that people gain similar amounts of body fat after over eating carbs or fat. But if you are willing to keep your fat intake low with an low carb diet, you won't get fatter.
