Is There a Way to Increase the File Sizes?

The new head of YouTube is a guy. He's been at the company in something like eight years. We don't know if he's going to censor, continue the censorship reign on YouTube or not. It's interesting though because there's so many things coming into that space to rival it. Do you think?
