Keeping Liquidity Tight in a Rate Hiring Cycle

Liquidity situation, which is let's say closer to a neutral level in a rate hike cycle works well for the transmission of the policy rates. Today when we are looking at maybe a strong growth and maybe a challenge is in terms of inflation, maybe it is prudent to keep liquidity tight. So I think we are now getting surely into maybe a comfortable ban of inflation which is the ban which is targeted by the reserve ban. But yes definitely they do compete with each other and despite being linked to a formula there has been some sort of a lack of a transparency on these small saving products.
