When building a product, you think about who's going to use it. And then you start to realize that by talking to any one of those individual groups, they may only care about 30 cent of the problem. Another group might care about a different 30 %. It becomes really interesting to sort of figure out, you know, who cares about this more than 30%, right? The challenge is how do i put those 30 per cents together? How do i put the 30% here and 30%) there with another group?'
