Einstein: DAOs, the central as autonomous organizations, are basically a framework that with on-chain dynamics, you can run essentially an ecosystem from governance. The biggest example of this is when Ethereum moved hundreds of billions of dollars of assets to proof of stake - and it's amazing to me that they have worked so well together. Einstein: I love all the analogies you're bringing to the physical world. Could you give us a tutorial? And then two, we've heard that you believe they could become the future of work. Can you maybe go into that as well?
