You lose 25% of your sleep for the first two years of your child's life. The most capable you will be in any 24 hour period is right after you woken up. You have an alarm clock that says time to get ready for bed and you have alarm clock say time to wake up. And so it's basically this protocol where you know, you basically convince yourself to sleep are the most important thing.
