The Messiness of Transformation

I talk about transformation on this podcast quite a bit and one of my strong convictions about it is that it's almost always rather messy. One thing I'm really noticing right now among folks who listen to this podcast or who participate in my courses is that a lot of folks are considering pretty major life changes.
