The Power of Positive Thinking

CBT and talk therapy did try to find ways for me to sort of calm down when I started to have these negative thoughts. But the only active thing was getting out and exercising every day, which I already did. And then writing these like, you know, affirmations in a sort of journal and I just felt like that actually wasn't working either. So what this challenge ended up doing, like, very quickly was starting stealing some pride in who I am and confidence in who we are.
