We Need to Take These Tyrants at Their Word

I assumed poton was too rational an actor to engage in this sort of aggression. Now, like thi the reality, right? So by our means, by our, like, western standards, by art, from our american kind of calculus, it's irrational. But in his mind, who's aspiring to recreate like a czarist imperial kind of moment, he's acting rationally. And we need to listen to them. We think they are not irrational, but in their mind, they're actually being highly rational.
