I think i'm a better person because of my mistakes. And failures in what i've learned from them than if i wouldn't have the mistakes and failures. I think it makes me more human toward other people. It removes the gap as a leader. No question all the time. That support helps you connect and develop relationships. You really never know much about a person till you watch him go through adversity. And then all of a sudden, quot the true colours begin to show. Would i have liked to have made all right decisions? Well, i suppose for the ego i would have. But, but i think i am compelled, literally, to let people know about my failures and my
