There's a line in the down of Qing that say yielding is the practice of Tao or there's a saying in the army: I don't presume to be the master, but become the guest. If you see most judo matches, you can see a lot of effort, a lot of sweat in a lot of muscle, but the point of it all is to use less effort, sweat and muscle than possible.
