When I injured my knee and I went back into training, like if we started in back control and I tried to hold the guy like trying to curl my my foot down, I would feel extreme tightness or my PCL tour. And now I don't feel that as much anymore. That was one of the things I noticed right at the bat. Maybe it's because of some of the extra way that I put on from just not training as much, but my guard like my ability to end vert and bring my knees up to my chest without without thinking twice about it is a struggle. You could also contribute that to just not practicing the skill of jujitsu for about half a year
