i don't want to be perpetually up regulated. That's the recipe for bunout. But i think that i'vei i almost have like, like a warm up kind of routine. I'll do some stretching, light some candles, try and look at m the sunrise or sunlight outside is really good. And then by the time it comes time for me to do something that's a little bit higher energy, i'm kind of there.
