i think it's really striking in th in the u k. A areas that are left behind are often places that have really good niversities, you know. And ther there's a constant desire t so say, let's make these universities like the engine of progress in these areas. So how do you persuade those people to stay? I'm not really sure that there is a simple way. It's not a simple question by any means. This effect of expensive housing in rich cities on the prospects of poor parts of the country makes a lot of sense. i'm curious if we'd had this big experiment during coved where everyone was forced to go remote.
