Is There a Problem With Replication?

Most of the variation between studies that we see is either theyare actually implementing a completely different kind of program, or just people behave really differently in different contets. And my reading of the r c t evidence is that actually, we get singly similar results, if anything, across across different studies. It's not really about generalizability. Generaliz ability for me means people act differently when they've faced the same problem and they're given the same incentives,. but they respond to those incentives really differently.
