Getting Into a Space of Action and Activation
The two main qualifiers of extraverted sensing or sensation are what rereparing down to max' aliveness an effortless flow. If you want to get into that function, you want to either be in a place of max aliveness, which means your blood is pumping through your veins and you feel the spike of a drenein. And then i would also seek a place of effortless flow, looking for activities that keep you in motion, but don't feel like your having to do too much to keep you there.
