The idea that, you know, patient walks in your door has a diagnosis and you go, oh, let me look at the literature and see what it says about your diagnosis is completely absurd. What you end up doing is you scour the literature really quickly looking for things that support whatever you want to do anyway. There's a group down in Australia called a two week SR, which is a two-week systematic review. It takes people full time two weeks to actually draw up what that systematic review is. You're supposed to do it with every patient that comes through your door. I mean, it's completely absurd.
