I think people just don't know what they're missing out on and what architecture can really provide to your lifestyle, to your well-being, how you feel every day. There's so much lack of creativity in it. As far as the design goes, as far as functionality goes, there's lots of creativity. Now you're doing an actual Eichler neighborhood almost.
