I think the modern banking system is not really designed for a company like Silicon Valley Bank to lose 40% of its deposits in four hours. There's no bank that could survive that. The fact that people can just jump on their cell phones and move funds essentially makes everything happen in hyperdrive. And I think this is probably something where maybe some speed bumps, it at least should be looked at.
