Viza and master card both out with their latest quarterly results. Both solid reports, but they were overshadowed by a report that senate lawmakers are preparing a bill aimed at reducing credit card fees. The legislation would give merchants the ability to rout visa and master card credit card transactions over alternate networks. We're seeing no evidence of a pull back in consumer spendingwell, well, let's see how this quarter plays out to see if it follows through.
