What Is Noise?
What we consider noise today is Matt Jordan, who is a researcher at Pennsylvania State University. He defines it as unwanted sound and gives some examples of what that might entail in our everyday lives. It can be anything from kids playing soccer under your window to traffic or roadworks. We've been complaining about noise for a very long time, especially people who made their living thinking about things.
