There's enormous resistance to nuclear and i mean right now california is busy shutting down the last of its nuclear with popular support it's applicable a little bit. What interventions do you see as being very costly one would be an unrealistic shift to alternative to non-viable alternative energy sources like wind and solar things that can't. In africa what they should be doing probably is putting in affordable fossil fuel technology power plants and using their wealth of hydroelectric potential.
