Rome and the Aristocracy

The aristocracy, who essentially just take public land for their own profit. So it wasn't a big ask for rome, but it was a big Ask for the senate and the optimates. And to them, see, there's two different relationships going on. They weren't as hierarchical as other places. Rome has citizenship. Rome has you can move up in the hierarch as, like cicero did.
