Are We a Russian Army?

i think we've spent, i've thot i have lost count. We had that forty billion dollar bill that passed. We only shelled out a part of that. It's been tens of billions of dollars already from december on. And you're hearing some grumbling from some republicans,. You know, it's the classic isolationist argument - which is kind of logical fallacy whiches. Why spend money helping some country way over there fight their war, when we could be building roads here?
