Steven: Many pastors have to outgrow who they were as they were being formed in their early years. If you are a pulpit coward, ifyou do not have courageous conversation, i don't think you can. It hurts sometimes to be sanctified and it challenges our faith sometimes to stay on the potter's will but the lord's good is at work.
