The Murder of William Wallace

Police believe William Wallace committed the murder before leaving the house to go on this wild goose chase. The call placed to the chess club that night from bar M Qualtras saying come see me the next night was made from a public telephone box just 400 yards away from the Wallace house. Police also believe that William had enough time in roughly 10 to 20 minutes to kill Julia clean up that night get to the tram and board the tram. But William has chronic kidney issues. They're pretty significant. It's the idea that he was able to commit this murder so quickly is hard to believe.
