How Do You Make Money in Real Estate?

We would wholesale probably 75%. And then we would flip 25% of right? So there's 25 that we would flip though, we would do all the flips remotely. Our business only worked if we could get really, really good deals on the front end. We had a great sales team, we had numbers, I think at our top, we were spending 30,000 bucks a month just in marketing.
