Natcon is and often, i think, misunderstood event. If you want to call it an event, you could almost call it a movement. There have been two natcons in the united states. The first one was in 20 19. And what these are gathering spaces that might be most easily understood, is an attempt to create a conservatism that looks sort of like the conservatism of a marine lapene in france.
