What's the Difference Between Netflakes and Spotify?

Spotify is a 'total cartel' with the major labels, says John Defterios. They're always the suppliers of all the leverage and they take a huge cut from music sales. Unlike netflakes who pay an up front fee to license their back catalogues for shows like house of cards or nelix which can generate as much revenue as they want. But spotifi pays fixed costs - so when it makes its own money in the long-term, that's what keeps them going.
