i think they're a way station to either take over or replace a party. I think that where things end is they are. They have to find an ideology, a renewed ideology, to implement the reforms of the system. To get there, they have to win. Like they can't just implement rank choice voting if they're 30%. And so and then you have to do it, not in one election, but multiple elections. You need a story that tells people, here's what i think is wrong about our problems, and this is how to fix it.
