How to Make an Interview a Good Fit?
I tend to use a humour more as an interview er than in an interview we ive head. I've, i've been in positions where the interview e is so nervous, and i feel for them,. Like, ah, like i have been where you are now. So, ti, i cannot go out of my way to make em feel comfortable - but sometimes, you o, humour is part of that. And again, sort of try ampathy, like putting yourself in their haves. Cause i'm just thak readly ready in a panic motor o treat them like a human instead of a resovi in a stact.
