The founder of Basecamp talks about the hustle culture that has almost become traditional wisdom and the tech industry. "There would be no NDhackers if David's talks and his writings had inspired me 11 or 12 years ago," he says. 'I can't use 40 hours productively in sort of the sense of can I work creatively for 40 hours a week? Absolutely not' He explains what it takes to hit a home run day, which is four to five hours of concerted creative effort.
