The Most Productive Teams
i would say often, from my experience, that the most productive teams are the ones that people had the most fun with. And yet, li he said they maybe worked really hard in crazy hours. You know, when you think about all these characteristics that i am sharing, this is the innerpersonal stuff, mostly, that makes the differen right? Best teams, i don't even know what these teams are about. I don't know what they created or what they produced, or what their work was,. But the commonality is all these interpersonal things, the how we did the work together, over the work itself.
