The Letter to the Spanish American Declaration of Independence
Juan pablo viscardo was a peruvian jesuit who had been exiled from spanish america in 17 67. He died just a few weeks after miranda's arrival in the country. Now, at some point in all this, viscardo had begun work on what has become known as the letter to the sp Spanish Americans. Francisco de miranda read it and realized that he was holding the manifesto of his dreams. It is now sidered to be one of the founding texts of spSpanish independence.
