Dawn Hunt's Fearlessness as a Journalist
Dawn's fearlessness was one of the key reasons why she sought a job at the Guardian. She lived more of a life, made more waves and strode through boundaries than most people who live twice as long. There is that phrase which a couple of people said to me when I started to do a colloquial: "I hope so you can be a voice for the voiceless" And this was her voice, it was an unassigned kind of, I'm sure there was fear in there somewhere but it didn't reach the page.
