i for sure think we under invest in internal communications as we got n bigger, and it's still just nowhere near enough. At some level, the reason you have hierarchy instead of a company is everyone can't understand everything at's happeningk,. i spend fifty hours a week working. And probably forty of those hours is like listening to other people and assimilating information about what's going on in ther area.
