In a five year training most medical students will maybe have one or two lectures on sleep, barely anything on sicadian rhythms. And some very interesting studies showed that if you take before you go to bed, as opposed to first thing in the morning, then you can almost half the chances of a stroke and heart attack. So we've got to imbed itin with our medical training. We're working against this deep biology.
