The Importance of Technical Debt Removal
I feel like every company should have some kind of internal award for technical debt removal. It's a very important work that doesn't really get recognized, right? But that's kind of what keeps the world moving. No, I mean, we even invite former colleagues who worked with us two years, three years ago to our technical debt parties when we removed something. And it's really part of our company culture to keep an eye on that because it's really hurting the motivation of engineers going to work.
