The Zeitgeist Meets the Spirit of the Time

The Egyptian historian Ibn Khaldun suggested that generations run in cycles, four different cycles to be precise. This is what we call a zeitgeist, it's a spirit of the times. And when you add in all the generations that are alive at one particular moment, such as millennials, boomers, and gen V, those four generations at one time create what we will call theZeitgeist. If you're a business leader, if you're creating a product or a book or anything, it's absolutely essential for you to understand this personality of your own generation.
