I think we associate vulnerability with a certain boundary crossing that sort of leads into our personal life, like sharing and even overshoring. The difference is real vulnerability comes from strength and not neediness. It's, I'm sharing this with you because it's my truth. But the person that is actually sharing the information is coming from a place of groundedness.
