I refuse to have a good answer for why people get anxiety. I think if you're going through your life identifying with a subjective state of anxiety, that's hook line and sinker. And i don't really have any interventions that come with risks. For the most part, the interventions i mein to do are diet and life style modifications. They're safe, and so there's nothing to gate keep. It's like, it does not hurt to try any of this. If you're feeling anxious in my book, you're anxious. The term false anxiety is not to invalidate the very real suffering, the experience of anxiety.
