Is There a Plurality of Leadership in the Church?
I think the idea that like there's always the buck stops with one person, and that's kind of how the church has always been. I think every single piece of evidence we have from the first century, without exception, mentions a plurality of leaders rather than a singular leader. The development is not from one structure to a totally radically different structure. We're just talking about an evolution within the structure. But again, to not commit the same error twice, I'll stop before I go into one.
