The easement itself is only like 50 feet wide, I think is the easement that they're going for. So you can't build any structures on a 50 foot wide swath. Well, it's a hundred foot wide swath because I think it's 50 foot on either side of the pipeline. The century code doesn't say that people can't build new homes within 500 feet but who the hell would want to?
