I am Antraathon is one of the most grueling triathlon events in the world. It's so hot and humid it can cause problems with glycogen sparing, which brings us back to our physiology. The first thing you can do to delay fatigue is get a coach who will help you train properly. We're only age group doing our best with the time we have available. So getting bang for our buck is the question I'm asking.
