Not appropriately dose adjusting for g f r, for glammari l filtrationi so in one cohort study published in the journal critical care in 20 13 authors looked at a hundred ise patients who received saphopim. 15 of them had some form of neurotoxicity and 13 of those 15 patients had acute kidney injury or chronic kidney disease.
