How to Use Quarkus Dev Mode for Command Line Applications

Quarkus Dev Mode lets you make changes and quickly iterate on them without needing to sort of rerun the application each time. There is no limitation except Swing or JavaFX might or might not compile natively. So your mileage may vary but if you are fine with the running in Java then no problem. Though I was wondering about Dev Mode so what would be the impact on say a Swing app?
