Kavanaugh has emerged as this big concurrer, which is just like so perfect for him. Possible nicknames for our new great concurrer are Kankavanah. And he's written a lot of Kevkurans. They strike. There was his significant Dobbs Concurrence last term,. But one note that I think links a lot of these concurrences in addition to maybe succeeding later arguments that will go further: He is like trying to ingratiate himself always with everyone.
