meditation can help bring awareness to the fact that you are spinning in that cycle. It reminds us that we can pause, and then teaches us the skill of being able to focus and quiet our minds on command. For people who are having trouble sleeping, it's usually anxiety related. Our mind is working almost like a record skipping. My most important practice time is at night am, because i need to clear my i can't just go from a stressfull day to thinking i can sleep. A for me, i need toclear the day away, otherwise i won't be gifted with sleep.
