We've done a study now, an that we're still on going, where we've taken people who are stress sensitive and have bad moods. We've put them on what we've coined as a psychobiotic diet. So its a diet really rich in in fermented foods,. A like kaffir and cambuche and saur crout and yogart and hi in fibre. It's already seeing are good changes in terms of how they manage dress and un their overall moods. And i think, you know, our medic i work in the medical school, our medical students get so little nutrition advice overall. Our dentists get more. And so we really need to
